PRIVACY / GOOGLE DRIVE
Privacy Policy
Effective September 30, 2026
Overview
Motiva Hub provides protected automation tools to approved account holders. This policy explains the information used by those tools, including the MP3 to Google Drive workspace.
Information we process
The MP3 workspace processes the YouTube URL you submit, basic media metadata, conversion progress, and the generated audio file. Your Google authorization supplies a token that permits the application to create and manage only files it creates in Google Drive.
How information is used
Submitted information is used only to perform the requested conversion, upload the resulting MP3 to your private Google Drive folder, and report completion status in the protected dashboard. Motiva Hub does not sell this data or use it for advertising.
Storage and retention
Temporary media is removed from the hosted conversion runner after each job. Limited conversion metadata may remain in private workflow artifacts for up to seven days. Generated MP3 files remain in your private Google Drive until you delete them. OAuth credentials are stored as encrypted deployment secrets and are not exposed to the browser or repository.
Google API data
Motiva Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google API Services User Data PolicyControl and deletion
You can delete generated files from Google Drive at any time. You can also revoke Motiva Hub MP3 access from your Google Account security settings; revocation prevents future uploads until you reconnect the integration.
